Best With Petz ships all goods using Australia Post or Couriers trackable parcels. Goods are shipped within almost all cases within Three business days. When on Backorder from either Manufacturers or Wholesalers we will contact you with an estimated ETA and ask if you wish to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
PICK UP & GO CUSTOMERS
Pick up- We are located in Belmont, WA 6104 and if you would like to pick up your goods to save delivery cost we can contact you to arrange a suitable time.
PRIVATE DELIVERY
We can deliver to your home or office at a suitable time. This is a great option for our larger products. Cost depending on area from $6 – $10. Areas, within 80 KM of Perth WA. If you are further out of our delivery zone, then contact us at to discuss options.
AusPost Delivery
Delivery is available for items weighing up to 500 kg & 3 kgs.
COURIER DELIVERIES
Delivery is available for items weighing under 10 kgs and can be shipped nationally in your cart will automatically be eligible.
SHIPPED ONCE FUNDS HAVE CLEARED
All orders are shipped once funds are clear. Items are shipped within 24, 48 or 72 hours to locally or around Australia in metropolitan areas. Unless product/s are on Backorder from Manufacturer/Wholesaler. Excluded Metropolitan areas: that come under Remote with all Courier companies – NT.
Arrival times, either locally around Perth or other states in any metropolitan areas typically from dispatch in 2-7 working days.
